Sonam Rinpoche will be teaching on the Longchen Nyingthig Ngondro (The Preliminary Practices) at Ngagyur Shedup Dharma Centre, KL at 8.00 pm. Everyone is welcome.

Chinese New Year Prayers & Pot Luck Dinner

Everyone is invited to join Sonam Rinpoche on Saturday 21st January @ 8pm for Dzambala Puja and other auspicious prayers to remove obstacles and usher in lots of wealth energy to help us have a prosperous and lucky Year of the Dragon!  There will also be a vegetarian Pot Luck dinner afterwards, so please bring something to share.

January 30th

Sonam Rinpoche will be conducting the Groundbreaking Ceremony (Tibetan: sa long) at the site of the new centre in Jinjang, Kepong.  The prayers and blessings from this ritual will enable work to commence on the building of the new centre with success and no obstacles.

8.00 pm   Mahakala Puja for removing obstacles with Rinpoche at Ngagyur Shedup Dharma Centre, KL. Everyone welcome.

June 2012

June 10th – 20th (date is tentative at this point):  This year Sonam Rinpoche will be leading some of his students on a trip to Tibet, in particular to visit the site of the Ngagyur Shedup Chilren’s Home which is part of the future Ngagyur Shedup Choe Ling.  Anyone from any country is welcome to join Rinpoche on this ten day trip.  If you wish to be part of the trip, please contact the secretary for further details.

Amitabha Grand Puja

This year Sonam Rinpoche will be conducting a two day Amitabha Grand Puja at the KL & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall in Kuala Lumpur on the 25th & 26th of August. Everyone is welcome!

Saturday 25th August 2012

10 am – 12 pm          – Guru Rinpoche puja and lamp offering

12 pm – 3 pm            – Lunch break & recitation of Amitabha’s mantra

3 pm-5 pm                – Mahakala puja with tsog offering and smoke puja (sang)

5 pm-7.30 pm          – Dinner break and recitation of Amitabha’s mantra

7.30 pm – 9.30 pm  – White Tara empowerment

Sunday 26th August 2012

10 am – 12 pm          – Amitabha puja and lamp offering
